Purchasing a horse farm as a business?
Question for r.e. agents or mortgage people. If you buy a working horse farm, like the ones we have in FL, can you finance it as a business with a business loan, or would it be considered a residential purchase and be financed like a house? (There is a house on the property but it’s a farm that generates income from sales, breeding and boarding of horses).
