Can dogs be in labor for days?
My dogs temperature started dropping Monday (2 days ago) it’s been all over the place from 100.9 to 98.3 an hour ago… Is she in labor? Or getting ready? If you have rude comments, leave them to yourself! I’ve read extensively I’m just looking for more advice/ opinions. Also she is a German Shepherd, due any day now, has been sleeping A LOT pacing and squeezing behind chairs to hide
and occasionaly digging at the carpet where she is hiding. Eating a little and drinking a lot. Won’t
leave my side, hardly will go out to potty. And yes, I have a whelping area ready and supplies. I’m just perplexed @ the temp jump and still no puppies!
If you have read all about it then you and your mentor would know what to do.
Get your dog to the vet before you kill her and the pups.
