Chewable Niacin vitamins?
I’ve been searching all day for a chewable Niacin vitamin. My boyfriend can’t swallow pills, and I respect that. All the pills at the stores are horse size (he CAN swallow corn sized pills) His doctor told him he needs to take two 500mg’s a day, but I’ve heard some bad things about starting out at 500mg. I’d like to find 250mgs, but If there’s only a swallowable size, or chewable in 500mg, that would be fine.
If anyone has any expertise on this, I’d be very greatful!!
Again, I’m looking for:
Chewable Niacin vitamins 250mgs, OR 500mgs.. OR
Corn sized pills (no bigger than the typical b6, or b12

I have the 50 mg. Nicotinic Acid (B3) . There the size of a Bee Bee. I can’t remember , but they were very cheap. I took 1000 mg . for cholesterol. But now I am 183 cholesterol just with Exercise (Nordic Walking )
1 Aspirin 30 minutes before taking the nicotinic acid will stop the Flushing.One thing I can’t understand is , why can’t he swallow pills. He surely swallows food. So this may all be in his head. Treat him like a child , put the pills in his mouth and hold his nose. If that don’t work , punch him in the nose . He will swallow then. Hee Hee
