Treeless Saddles – how secure are they?
I am thinking of getting a treeless saddle to use on my young green horse out on the trail. I thought it may be more secure than my normal dressage saddle. I am getting too old to fall off now and being secure in the saddle is my main priority after comfort for my horse. I was going to get a stock saddle for her but thought that a treeless might be more comfortable. Does anyone have an opinion about this?
I love mine!!! They are great!!! I have never had any sliping. I ride in the mountians of NV & WY. I think they work great, without the weight of a saddle with a tree.
