Riding hats (UK)?
Im after a new riding hat. It must be a hat (as opposed to skull cap).
Basically, i’m after a slim one, ie. one that doesnt make your head look studpidly giant!!!
I’ve tried a couple but all of them so far stick out loads at the side and make my head look about 10 foot wide!!!
Does anyone make one that does not come out so far at the sides of your head?!! Ones in my local tack shop makes it look like i’m wearing a balck watermelon on my head. I appreciate they are for safety but a little style is not too much to ask!!
Any one reccommend a slim one?!!! Price not an issue prepared to pay well for it.

i know you want to look gd and all that but trust me its not worth it!
i had a slimline hat and i had a real nasty fall and ended up getting my head stamped on! the hat split and embedded in my head. i didnt know my name or my parents, was found wondering miles from where i fell and couldnt tell any1 anything about me. when my parents were found i didnt recognise them and freaked when they took me in the car to the hospital. i had ct scans and had to have 50 stitches from the hat. it took me weeks to recover. i was 9/10 at the time. i am now 24 and still suffer terrible migraines and the likes all coz i wouldnt wear a skull. it is sooooo not worth it and i religously wear 1 now!
