I am confused by this question. Would the price increase because the demand would increase? Does anyone know the answer?
it is very hot, meaning that the sales of icecream would go out.
so supply increases, and so does demand.
Now price is determined by the free market. so it demand is up, price is up.
so you just use process of elimination to fugure out which would NOT occur.
