Does Equus Psyllium fiber for horses act the same as Sand Clear?
We have sand in our horse pens and I was told to get Sand Clear to help prevent sand colic. We have Equus Psyllium fiber blend but it doesn’t say anything about removing sand from their intestines on the label. I also can’t find a web site for Equus Int’l Corp. in order to research.
I believe the main ingredient in Sand Clear is psyllium fiber.
Check the labels; if they have the same ingredient they do the same thing, and psyllum is the recommended treatment for sand.
