Reining Saddles For Sale

What would you use for this?

2 questions here. I am getting a lycra sleezy on sale for 16dollars, Its not the color i want so i am going to tie dye it. I dont want to spend 40 on one thats pre dyed. Is there any die i can use that will work on the lycra and not rub off onto my horse. Rit dye maybe? Or just regular cotton dye ?any ideas are helpful. also i dont want to spend 100 on a saddle trunk, what do you use? And if you found any plastic trunks from lowes or something how much and what is the name. I am really just looking for ways to make barn thingd out of cheaper thingd that are just as effective, I am also going to homedepot to get things to make draw reins and make a leadrope.

Do you guys have cheaper ideas and what do you think of me tyedyeing my sleezy?

I have never tried to dye lycra, only fabrics that absorb the color, like cotton blends.

But for a good trunk, you can buy a plastic lockable trunk with wheels for around $25 at Wal Mart.
It doesn’t have shelves, buy you can add some of those plastic baskets for small stuff.
