Horse livestock?
I have an old painting of horses 5 years old who has only been ridden English. My mother and I are going on a trip Cattle in April and I want to know if I should rent a horse or mine. My mother and I rode dressage and western wish I could stop rising English. My horse will allow me to put a Western saddle on him, but it can be mounted in an English bridle. I have ridden on horseback from the cow again and you want to do it again but I do not know who should take Hidalgo, my horse. Hidalgo can not slow down your neck either! Hidalgo was never scared with me him. I have been riding in the fields and a fox jumped out and did not scare. It has never been so close cows before.
I think I ride my own horse and just use the flange English. I hate the idea of renting a horse and he does not. The horses I've ever ridden that were not mine (once on a hike once a summer camp of 2 weeks) was absolutely horrible and I hated being stuck with them. One could scarcely travel over a trot, and the other tried to bite and kicked by a horse at a distance to do so. But if your horse has never been around cattle and you think it might get scared, then perhaps you should reconsider.
