To get another dog or not get another dog that is the question?
We aren’t thinking of getting another dog just yet. But we are tossing around the idea.
We already have 2 dogs and we just don’t know if its a good idea or not.
I mean we would love to have a Pure Bred Australian Cattle dog, we really want one and we want to adopt one from the local rescue (they get purebred cattle dog pups in all the time)
But we already have two dogs and it works great now. I mean we go on walks and they both have one of us. Snuggling on the couch they both have a human to snuggle.
I think the dynamic would really change a lot.
So what are the benefits of having 3 dogs vs 2
What are the pros and the cons?
(We have a male poodle and a female mix (we believe she is part Cattle dog)
ADD: We feel if we get another dog though our dogs won’t get to go very many places with us which they currently go everywhere with us
Try to get a female Australian Cattle dog, I LOVE them! Just in case though, you should ask if you can bring him/her home for the night and see if they get along.
Sometimes when you introduce dogs at the shelter they get along but when a dog enters two dogs’ territories, it’s different.

I don’t know, it depends on the dog’s personality!
