Kre-Alkalyn 1.5g
Creatine Ethyl Ester 1.1g
Tri-Creatine Malate 1.5g
it’s a pre workout energy supplement similar to NO explode
Do I have to preload this?
Should I take Creatine mono with this?
Should I just use this pre-workout and use mono after?
If I preload mono can I opt out one preload dose of mono with the Horsepower dose?
What would you recommend?
