livestock scales (20 charecters)?
I want to get a livestock scale for my 4-H animals. Money is not an issue, (its not my money!) the problem is, we dont have power where we want to put it. So it needs to be a manual one. I cant seem to find a manual scale, let alone one thats big enough for a cow to fit into. It has to be big enough for a cow to walk into, and being portable, or being able to put wheels on it would be a plus.
I’ve looked on the internet and haven’t found any. I’m goin to go to local feed stores and see if they can help find what we want. Shipping is not an issue either. just in the usa

I have seen huge manual scales, but why not try the electric, using a battery and power inverter? Then at some point, the fair board can run power towhere it is needed, and the scale will already be in place Or, try this site: http://www.ruralmfg.com/mall/IN02_SmartScale300.asp Looks like it may be ideal, nomention of power other than batteries in the flow pattern I used.
