In shorthorn cattle,the colours red and white show incomplete dominance,In addition,the polled condition(without horns)is dominant over the horned condition.Show the results of a cross between a horned roan male and a polled white female?
For color, R=red and W= white; for polled, H=no horns and h=horned. So the cross is:
RWhh x WWH_
The “_” is because we don’t know if the female is heterozygous or homozygous for Horned.
The male produces Rh and Wh gametes; The female produces WH (and maybe Wh, if she’s heterozygous).
