Daily horse care routine. Horse owners!?

Just wanted to ask how you manage your time with your horse care.
Like what time do you get up and what is your daily routine (feed times, grooming etc)

I have 9 horses here at home. I get up at 6am go to the barn in my pjs and throw 1-2 flakes per horse of hay in each of their stalls. I go back in get my son ready for school drink coffee and then i go back out at 6:45 and let them I clean hooves, let the horses out, muck out stalls, spray bleach water mixture on the stall mats, run the poop down to my compost area, put night time hay in the stalls, wash and fill water buckets, add new bedding,lunge the horses then feed grain. then they are on their own in the pasture for the day until I want to ride or until its time to go in at night. They go in when the sun starts to set so in the summer around 9 in the winter and fall about 6. for me not including riding it is about 3hrs a day but I have 9 horses so would be about an hour for 1 or 2 horses but I spend almost every morning without a shower and am done around 11am starting at 6. hope this helps also I could make this easier on myself if I split the time up at night but I would rather get it done in the morning also I manually walk the poop to the pile instead of using my 4wheeler because I liek the exercise
