How do you get a horse to not pull you when your lunging him?????
My tranier said to use a stud chain. So I tride it and it kind of worked but he still pulled and gave me serious rope burn. HELP !!!!!!!!!!!
I would stick with the chain for a bit. Make sure to put it over his nose and not under his chin. Whenever he starts pulling, just bump, bump, bump on the line until he quits, then release. If he starts to push his hindquarters out to much, either saddle him up or put a surcingle on him. Attach a long line to the horn or ring on the opposite side as you. Drape it behind his hindquarters and whenever he swings his hip out, bump that line until he get back into shape. Good luck.
