Microsoft Excel live update?
Is there any way we could link a no. to a site? I mean like for example stock exchange sites the data changes continuously so can we link a cell in microsoft excel to a specific data. Like the data in excel changes whenever the data changes on that particular site!
Select the Cell you want. Press Ctrl + K
Then type in the link.
If that’s not want you meant then my guess is you want to link to some kind of database.
Click “Data” Then depending on your data source you would select
From Access, From Web, From Textm From Other Sources such as a SQL database etc those you need to have alot of skills in coding SQL and other types of codes. To do what you want it to do you would have to know how to program in VBA code and run macros each time you want to update data from your data source.
