What is the appropriate thing to do with a pretty large amount of prescription medication that’s left over?
We had to have our senior Bulldog euthanized this morning and have a goodly amount of Rimadyl left. Will the Vet take it, a rescue, or should I just dispose of it? I hate to see the stuff just go to waste as there is probably about $120.00 of this left and enough for a large dog for about 8-9 months. What’s the best thing to do? I’ve never been in this situation before. The prescription was filled through KV Vet Supply, not purchased directly from the Vet. (they just fax the script in)
