What are horses selling for near you?
I live in southeast Arkansas and they are so cheap. I am not talking about a big time barrel horse or anything like that. I am talking about one for just anything. I can get them for anywhere up to $500 for a horse that is kid broke and still young here.
I’m from Alabama, and if you park your horse trailer out in an auction, you can get 10 “average” horses loaded up on it without even knowing it. You’re lucky to sell your horse for $200, and $500 is a fortune for a horse here. The horse economy is bad here. People are just letting their horses go because no one wants them.
