Absalutely.
A horse of that quality is a steal at that price. Of course you have to go see her a couple times and get vet checks, I’d also bring a riding instructor or experienced ‘horse friend’ to get a second opinion.
If I was in the market for a third horse, and the horse was closer to me, I’d get her. =]
I’m not so sure I’d trust she’s a Quarter Horse, but if you’re not showing in AQH shows then it won’t matter. If you do want to show in AQH shows I would want proof of registration, probably even DNA testing.
