Selectmen leave alcohol policy unchanged for diners
WINCHESTER — A year and a half ago the Board of Selectmen removed language that forced patrons to order food after having two drinks. At the request of the Chamber of Commerce, language was changed to read “no person is to be served alcoholic beverages in any seating area whose intention is not to dine.”
