What kind of careers are there based on you having an extensive knowledge of equine behaviour?
Say if you were a horse behaviourist, what kind of jobs could you get around that idea? Like general trainer, equine rehabilitation, equine-assisted therapy etc.
Any ideas/experiences?
Being a horse trainer is a good idea. Another business that I used to be in was testing and selecting horses for other people for a consulting fee. You can also be an exercise rider for race horses or a groom for race or show horses. Another possibility is to be a stable manager for a large horse ranch. I have seen these jobs advertised in horse magazines. Often they include a place to live.
Another thing you might want to do is find a college that has a veterinary assistant program for large animals. Any time you have a piece of paper, you will have a job. You will also make more money. Unfortunately some jobs in horse related professions don’t pay well.
