Horse riding apparel suggestions?!?
I need new riding boots and half chaps and tall boots and show clothes. Anyone have any suggestions as to which brand/item would be good for me? I ride english and am going to be doing some shows. I also wil be jumping quite a bit. Thanks so much if you can help!! Oh and also what website would it be off of????
If you’re going to show, then you don’t really need half chaps and paddock boots. If you ride a ton a day (like 4+ horses), then you can. But tall boots can be very expensive, and you’ll want to use them as much as possible and get used to them/break them in. If you can find a good deal on paddock boots and half chaps (paddock boots could be synthetic, etc.), then go for it! Also half chaps are more comfortable in my opinion than half chaps. http://doversaddlery.com has lots of good deals and a wide variety of products! Also, I think that you should get the Ariat brand boots. They have lots of types of boots that suit different kinds of riders.
