This is a question for the girls in the horse section…?
I was wondering if the girls here wear cowboy hats and if so, do you buy cowboy hats that are for men? Or are they the same for cowgirl or cowboy? I was wondering this because the cowboy hats that are at my local Tractor Supply store doesn’t say witch gender there for and neither do they in the sale catalogs I get. Also how should the cowboy hat sit on your head (snugged tight, a little lose, little tight, etc.)? Thanks for answering and fill free to add anything else! : )
I had the same question a while ago before i started working on the
ranch i am now.
hats dont not have a gender to them just find one you like
and think looks good on you.
if you are getting a brand new hat you should get it a little tight
as they will stretch with wear.
also when you ride with it on if you are going to go faster then a trot here is a helpful tip to keep it on your head:
if you look on the inside of the hat there is a band i guess you
could call it that runs around the rim,
pull the back of it down when you put it on your head
it will make it a little tighter but i promise the hat wont come off your head. lol
