I own 30 acres and a trailer I am currently 27 and its a place out in the country. I have horses on it. ?
I am single I live alone and I take care of my stuff alone. Everything is paid off and is legally mine. No bills besides electric, insurance, water, etc. I have one problem I’ve been thinking about joining the military, but I have no one to take care of my stuff when Im gone. What Im meaning is the electric, water , and my animals and to make sure no one is robbing the place. Is their a company that I could pay to watch my stuff without someone robbing it? Keep in mind my relatives won’t help me because they don’t want me to join, and some of them I don’t trust any way. The reason why Im joining is a personal reason. Like I said is their any company or organization a person could pay to take care of their belongings without depending on their relatives while they are in the military? Any advice is dually appreciated. Is their any company that would feed my animals and ride my horses for me that I could pay?
You would have to check with you local area. My only thought is that you could get someone to rent your place and in exchange have them look after your place/animals and manage your household bills. That way you really are not out in any way.
You may also consider leasing your horses for the time you are gone. Maybe tell your electric company, cable, phone, etc. that you are going to be out of town for a while and that you would like to have things disconnected for the time being.
