Which Costs More, Beef or Lamb? Prices -versus- Geography?
In the United States, there is a lot of Beef consumption. We have more cattle raised here than sheep compared to many other countries. I was just wondering… In places where there are more SHEEP (like New Zealand for example) , is the price of Lamb cheaper than Beef?
