State saw moderate precipitation; rain kept some out of fields
Montana experienced temperatures that were near normal, along with light to moderate precipitation during the week ending Oct. 31, according to the Crop Weather Report released Monday by the Montana Field Office of the National Agricultural Statistics Service. Plentywood received 1.92 inches of precipitation — one of six locations accumulating at least 1 inch.
