Can I feed my African Dwarf frogs and beef heart tetras?
I have a ghost knife fish black and I recently bought him some beef heart, but he does not like it, will not touch it, actually. I bought gum 80 drops of it and I wondering if I could give my African dwarf frogs and grouse?
It's certainly worth a try. I feed my fish a mixture of beef heart and shrimp for a while, and all my fish (Discus, Tetras, grouper, etc.) everything he loved. Make sure that the heart Beef is fine enough for fish to eat – this can also draw knives. If you have a food processor, it would be a good idea to mix meat and a few slices of algae, flake food, and / or spirulina flakes into a fine paste, then re-freeze the whole mess in a freezer bag for a later use.
